OVERVIEW
Phase IV of the UOU includes installation of underground joint utility trenches to replace existing main line overhead power (PG&E), telephone (AT&T), and cable (Comcast) lines along stretches of Lopez Road, Sunridge Road, Ronda Road, Spruance Road, Midwood Lane, and Del Ciervo Road.
PROJECT STATUS
Construction will occur from September 2026 through the summer of 2028.
Working hours are Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm.
IMPROVEMENT LOCATIONS
The project will be divided into several routes, each with its own construction dates.
