Decision making in an emergency can be difficult. Take time now to create a plan and review it with your family and neighbors. Information should include meeting points, evacuation routes, animal arrangements and a contact list.

Build A Kit

Creating an evacuation kit is an important step on emergency readiness

Evacuation Kits or "Go-Bags" are critical in an emergency. Kits should be stocked with essentials like:

  • water
  • non-perishable food
  • first aid kit
  • medication and eyewear
  • clothes
  • flashlights
  • batteries
  • chargers
  • maps
  • pet food if needed
