District Open
House
The District staff has been working on the final
details for the 2005 Open House.
There are twenty related organizations and providers of services that have confirmed
their participation in this year’s event.
They are:

All of the above organizations have participated in the
past, except for Cal Star emergency air ambulance, which is a
first-time participant. In addition to
these organizations, Fire Department
staff will be conducting station tours and will have apparatus and equipment on
display. Staff will be conducting Fire
Extinguisher training for residents. The Maintenance staff is planning on a static display of
their equipment and facilities that have been improved over the past year. Engineering will also provide displays of the
current capital improvement
projects being constructed within the
We are making some adjustments to the physical layout, which we
are hoping will create some additional parking spaces as well as contribute to a smoother flow of traffic.
The Pebble Beach Company has agreed to provide a
barbeque at nominal costs to the District that is consistent
with menus of previous years.
We anticipate another successful event
with the dedication and support that all of the District staff directors have shown in preparation of our Open House.
