PROJECT STATUS

 

Anderson Pacific Engineering Construction (Anderson Pacific) has completed the remaining punch list items for the Forest Lake Reservoir Components of the Expanded CAWD/PBCSD Wastewater Reclamation Project with the exception of one item.  Additional modifications were still being completed on the chlorinator system at the time of the final project walkthrough on July 20th. 

 

Approximately 62 million gallons or 192 acre-feet of recycled water is currently stored in the reservoir.  No water has been observed to date from the leak detection system below the liner.  A chart showing the 

 

 

Anderson Pacific has earned 100 % of the revised construction contract amount of $11,675,863.  All but a retention of $200,000 has been released to the contractor with the remaining 5 % retention of $607,942 will be released 30 days after notice of final project completion. 

 

E2 Consulting Engineers completed as-built plans for the project and prepared additional information required for submittal to the California Department of Water Resources, Division of Safety of Dams (DSOD).  E2 has earned $1,013,449 or 99 % of the revised budget of $1,027,320 for engineering construction management services.
