APPEARANCES AND ORDER OF BUSINESS

1. As this special meeting has been called to consider only the specific matter described below, no changes will be considered in the agenda and comments from visitors must be pertinent to the matter listed on the agenda.  

PURPOSE OF MEETING 

2. The purpose of this meeting is to provide an opportunity for the PBCSD Board of Directors to review and consider approving a revised agreement (the "Reimbursement Agreement") between the District and the Pebble Beach Company for reimbursement to PBCSD of costs for constructing and costs for construction phase project management, engineering support and permit acquisition assistance services relating to the construction of the Forest Lake Reservoir component of the Expanded CAWD/PBCSD Wastewater Reclamation Project. The proposed revised Reimbursement Agreement is in substantially the same form as an earlier version approved by the PBCSD Board of Directors on January 25, 2005, which was subsequently not executed by the PBCo. The proposed revised Reimbursement Agreement includes certain revisions of a substantive nature that require approval of the Board.

3. Consider adopting Resolution No. 05-07, approving and authorizing execution of Agreement for Financing Construction of the Forest Lake Reservoir Project Between Pebble Beach Community Services District and Pebble Beach Company.
